All ticket purchases are non-refundable except in the instance of event cancellation or postponement.
In the instance of unexpected circumstances or ‘Acts of God’ affecting the event from taking place then a new event date will be announced within a reasonable time. Should the new event date not be suffice, you can request a refund.
All refunds can only be obtained in the event of a cancellation or postponement within the first 7 days of the announcement being sent via email. All refund requests should be directed to your original point of ticket purchase or via email to email@example.com
Any other reason for refunds are not accepted under our refund policy and the choice to refund are solely at our discretion.
