AMA Fest is committed to being an inclusive event that everyone can attend and enjoy. Please don’t hesitate to email us if any of your questions aren’t answered in the below information.

 

AMA Fest is situated on Showgrounds which is mainly green land. This can be a little uneven and hilly in places.  We will have people on hand to assist with vehicles should you need help although in wet weather vehicles may also have difficulty in getting around too.

 

There will also be disabled access toilets available at the festival.

 

CARER/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS

 

We recognise that some festival-goers require access for a carer or personal assistant. We offered free Carer/Personal Assistant tickets to those who are over 16 years of age and in receipt of one of the following:

 

Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility

Receipt of Enhanced Rate Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

Or Registered Deaf or Blind

Any other requests are discretionary

 

Please email info@amafest.com to apply for a carer /personal assistant ticket. We ask that you send proof of the above criteria with a copy of photo id with your request.

 

ASSISTANCE DOGS

 

Assistance dogs are not permitted on site.

 

ACCESSIBLE CAR PARKING

 

There will be a drop off point on site if required for wheelchair users.

There will be very limited accessible parking on site and is only available by prior arrangement. Please email info@amafest.com

 

 

ACCESS TO BARS

 

If access to the bars is not possible during busy times please notify a member of staff and they will be happy to help.
